ForRent.Space is a commercial rental listing platform that connects landlords with potential tenants searching for office, retail, industrial, and other commercial properties, as well as outdoor advertising (OOH) spaces (coming soon).

ForRent.Space can be used by both landlords (or their brokers) and tenants. Landlords or brokers can list their commercial properties, manage leads, and find qualified tenants. Tenants can search for available properties, filter listings based on their needs, and contact landlords directly.

It’s easy to list a property on ForRent.Space! Simply create an account, click “Create a Listing,” and enter all the relevant details about your commercial space, including property type, location, size, rental rate, lease term, lease structure, features & amenities, and a detailed property description highlighting the space’s unique selling points. You can also upload brochures and floorplans, high-quality photos, video and a virtual tour (if available) to showcase your property.

Yes, it is free! You can view listings on our website and contact brokers or landlords after creating an account.  When you are interested in leasing a space, you work directly with the broker or landlord. We do not participate in any part of the leasing transaction.

No. Our platform is open to the entire world, any commercial space, anywhere, and any term. When you create a listing, as long as Google map can find your space address, your space is in a served location.

No. ForRent.Space charges a low fee per listing. This means you’ll pay a single fee for each unique commercial space you advertise. Sub-listings are free! If your property has multiple available spaces (like office suites in a building), you can create sub-listings for each space at no additional cost. Just make sure all sub-listings share the same property address. This allows you to showcase the different options within your property without incurring extra fees.
